Living organisms are a form of life that can grow, metabolize nutrients, and usually are able to reproduce.  Some examples of living organisms are plants, animals, and fungi.  All these different groups of living organisms all need water and oxygen to stay alive.
Non-living organisms that can't live nor can move on its own.  Non living organisms can't reproduce.  An example of a non living organism is a water, rocks, and weather.

Their are many differences between living and non-living organisms. Living organisms are a creation of life.  They all share the earth on which they live.  Non living organisms are things that living organisms use or have around them.  Living organisms need some non living organisms to survive such as water, some foods that are non living, and produces such a stone and brick to build shelter.
